This position is for our Extendicare Holyrood Home, located in Edmonton, AB.
What you’ll be doing
- Plan, organize, direct, and monitor the operational activities of the Nursing Department
- Establish and implement goals, objectives and policies that follow regulatory requirements and are aligned with the organization’s values.
- Apply a resident-centered care approach that focuses on relationships and actively engages residents, families, and extended team members
