Director of Campus Operations

This leadership position provides direct service to Simpson University faculty, staff and students as well as to the public at large. Primary duties involve oversight of the following Simpson University physical plant and facilities to ensure consistently high-quality execution: auxiliary services, mail and copy services, rental of conference facilities to 3^rd parties, SU rental properties, short-term on-campus rentals, facilities (buildings, grounds, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and campus safety. Supervision of physical plant and facility capital improvements. Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as good organizational skills are important characteristics for this position. Many responsibilities require work to be performed at times other than normal business hours.
