BOLD develops advanced battery systems for motorsport, defense, and high-performance mobility. As Director of Technology, you will lead the engineering division responsible for delivering customer programs, on time, at scale, and to the highest technical standards.
You will oversee multidisciplinary teams across design, validation, and manufacturing, working closely with operations to turn innovation into execution. This role is both strategic and hands‑on: setting the technology roadmap, solving delivery challenges, and acting as the technical face of BOLD for key customers and partners.
