Summary:This is a strategic leadership role, accountable for optimizing operational performance and technical capabilities across JSK OU Bottlers. In this capacity, you will design and execute JSK OU system’s technology vision, creating competitive advantage through introducing cutting-edge technology.
To achieve this, you will collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team and senior system stakeholders to design and lead transformational initiatives across the Manufacturing & Engineering area via platforms like BM2VC and Factory of the Future. In parallel, you will orchestrate Logistics, Quality, and Sustainability initiatives within a network organization, working closely with the Quality & Sustainability team across the system.
Throughout this work, you will influence decisions at the highest levels of the organization while steering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
