Position Overview
The Director, Network Planning will lead the design and optimization of our nationwide last‑mile logistics network. This role manages a team responsible for developing scalable network strategies that support the company's business growth across the United States.
The ideal candidate will leverage data‑driven insights to design efficient warehouse and transportation networks, optimize delivery service levels, and ensure the network can scale effectively as parcel volume grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of the company's nationwide logistics network, including distribution centers, hubs, and last‑mile stations.
- Develop long‑term strategies for facility location planning, coverage areas, and network structure to support business expansion.
- Evaluate new facility opportunities and support site selection and network expansion decisions.
