Director, Multi-Residential Asset Management

Overview KingSett Capital is seeking a Director, Multi-Residential Asset Management to join the Toronto team reporting to the Senior Vice President, Multi-Residential & Hotels. In this role you will work very closely with management to assist in the identification, evaluation, and implementation of value creation strategies.

Role Responsibilities

Maximize value and optimize property performance.

Partner with property managers in the preparation, reviewing and approving annual property budgets.

Monitor property performance against budgets.

Develop long‑term plans for major capital projects in a cost effective and service enhancing strategy.

Conduct monthly property reviews to ensure timely delivery of property results, alignment and advancement of key property objectives.

Analyze property and portfolio performance and track monthly KPIs across the portfolio.
