Responsibilities
- Define, prioritize, and drive predictive marketing analytics and insights across the organization
- Establish KPIs and a standard scorecard for marketing performance
- Act as a central coordination point across marketing and other departments to improve communication
- Drive data strategy and governance to ensure high‑quality marketing data for segmentation and targeting
- Oversee and track KPIs to ensure targets are met and on‑budget delivery
- Manage and oversee the Marketing Operations team, including MarTech and campaign execution support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- 8‑10 years in strategic project management, operations, or executive support
- Experience with Marketo, including campaign management and CRM integration
