Director Marketing - Community Relations - Full time

We are currently hiring for a full time Director Marketing within the Community Relations department here at Aspen Valley Health.

Compensation

Salary Range: $122,000.00 - $196,000.00

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects, priorities, and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational, proofreading, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong understanding of resort, tourism, and mountain community dynamics, including community engagement, visitor populations, and regional market trends.
