Overview

The role provides strategic leadership in maximizing the value of enterprise data and advancing Simons' analytics capabilities. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information & Innovation Officer (CIIO), the role defines the vision, strategy, and priorities for data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence to support informed decision-making, innovation, and business growth.

• Define and execute the organization's data management, governance, and data value strategy to ensure high-quality, trusted, and accessible enterprise data.
• Lead the teams responsible for Data, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
