Director, Internal and Function Communications

Job Summary

This is a direct contractor role for 6 months. Lead communications and engagement for the Bank’s transformation agenda, including Fit for Growth, to build understanding, confidence and momentum across the organisation. The incumbent is a strategic advisor and hands‑on communicator who combines strong stakeholder management, sound judgement and cross‑channel expertise to deliver clear, relevant and impactful messages for colleagues and leaders.

• Shape and deliver the transformation communications and engagement strategy in support of CABM and the Bank’s strategic priorities.
• Maintain a clear and compelling transformation narrative aligned to the Bank’s strategy.
