- Market Expansion: Lead the internationalization process and the opening of new markets.
- Strategic Planning: Define the global commercial strategy and specific country-by-country action plans.
- Network Management: Create, structure, and lead the international sales network.
- High-Level Negotiation: Close strategic international agreements at an executive level.
- Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, sales targets, and profitability metrics per market.
