Client and Vendor Contracts Lead This role is integral to ensure that all client and vendor contracts align with the company’s strategic goals and legal requirements, thereby supporting smooth business operations and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Development and Negotiation: o Oversee and participate in the creation, negotiation, and execution of client and vendor contracts to ensure they meet company policies and legal requirements. o Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, operations, and finance, and align contract terms with company strategies and risk management policies. o Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and conditions. 2.
