Our client, a global, fast-growing consumer retail brand , is seeking a Director, Human Resources to lead people strategy and Human Resources operations across a rapidly expanding business. This senior leadership role will partner closely with executive stakeholders to drive organizational effectiveness, support business growth, and build scalable people programs that enhance employee experience and performance. The Director, Human Resources will oversee a broad range of HR functions, including business partnership, employee relations, talent management, engagement, compliance, and organizational development. This position is based full-time onsite in the greater Los Angeles area.
