Responsibilities
- Define and execute HEMA strategy for Surgery portfolio across EMEA
- Ensure health economics, reimbursement and access strategies align with business priorities
- Direct design and execution of health economics research
- Lead development of economic evidence and value narratives
- Monitor healthcare reform and policy trends
- Engage with payers, HTA bodies, and policy makers
- Accountable for team performance and coaching
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in health economics or healthcare‑related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Strong technical background in evidence‑based medicine, health economics, reimbursement or health policy
- Previous experience working in the medtech industry preferred
- Strong understanding of the healthcare environment in EMEA
