• To lead and grow grants and claims processing services - strategise, plan and manage human, financial and other resources to deliver quality services to clients on a continuous basis.
• To strategise, plan and direct the launch of new initiatives and best practices to enhance the performance, customer experience and meet the changing needs of clients on a continuous basis.
• To drive the growth of the business unit and be accountable for the P&L outcome
• To analyze and appraise operating results, in terms of revenue, costs, budgets (operational, capital and cash flow, including forecast) and operating models, to increase profit possibilities and business development.
