Job Purpose
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with hands-on experience in global taxation and indirect taxation. The role focuses on managing indirect tax compliance and processes across multiple international entities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- File sales tax and GST returns and provide end-to-end support for entities in the US, Canada, and Australia
- Support reconciliation of books with tax balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide guidance to internal teams on the applicability and treatment of indirect taxes
- Liaise with external consultants on tax applicability, compliance requirements, data sharing, and return filings
- Set up systems and processes to ensure accurate collection, payment, and filing of global indirect taxes
