Director, Global Scientific Training - HIV

**Job Description**

**Role Summary:**

The HIV Global Scientific Training (GST) Director position resides in the Global Medical & Value Capabilities organization within Value & Implementation (V&I), which also includes Global Medical and Scientific Affairs as well as Outcomes Research. This position is a core member of the Center for Scientific Exchange Excellence (CSEE) team that is accountable for the design and delivery of scientific training and associated curricula in the HIV therapeutic area for V&I staff globally.

This position is accountable for four core activities that all have global scope and impact:

+ Creation and delivery of timely, high quality, and contextualized scientific training materials for a global audience to enhance the effectiveness of scientific exchange
+ Leveraging technology to enhance scientific training interactivity and engagement
