Director, Global Employment Counsel (Hybrid Barcelona)

Scopely is seeking a highly experienced Director, Senior Employment Counsel (Global) to support employment-related legal and compliance matters on a global scale from the Barcelona hub in a hybrid work setup.

You will partner with People, Legal, and executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risk, and advise on employee issues and offer documentation across diverse regions. Excellent English, Spanish, and cross-border expertise are essential.
