Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Strategy & Business Development
1a) Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Singapore market and regional export channel
1b) Identify new business opportunities, including new product categories, market segments, and distribution channels
1c) Lead negotiations with key suppliers (both local and international) to secure favorable trading terms, exclusive distribution rights, and strategic partnerships
2. Supply Chain & Operations Optimization
2a) Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient distribution
2b) Forecast demand and manage stock allocation across channels to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory 2c) Oversee trade terms and credit management with customers and suppliers
3. Financial & Performance Management
