Director, FP&A – Revenue Operations Europe

The Role

Genmab is seeking an experienced and strategic finance professional to build and lead the revenue operations and GTN (Gross-to-Net) governance for our expanding European commercial operations. This is a hands-on role with a strong technical focus. Depending on the candidate’s experience, the role may be hired at the Associate Director or Director level.

As the Director, FP&A – Revenue Operations Europe, you will be co-responsible for designing and implementing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Revenue Management infrastructure across key European markets to support product launches, pricing and reimbursement models, commercial contracting, and revenue recognition. The role requires a deep, operational understanding of revenue processes and the ability to translate that knowledge into scalable systems and workflows.
