Become the Director for Student Equity and Inclusion at the Yellow House, Queen’s, where you’ll empower equity-seeking students and enhance their university journey. Focus on leadership, programming, and community engagement.
You will be responsible for managing the Centre, ensuring high-quality services for diverse student populations, and fostering partnerships across the university. A key part of your role will involve developing policies that promote an inclusive academic environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement inclusive campus strategies
• Direct operations and programming for the Centre
• Build relationships with student organizations and faculty
• Lead outreach efforts to community partners
• Monitor and evaluate programs for effectiveness
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree; graduate degree preferred
• 5-8 years in equity-focused program management
