Director, Food and Beverage

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director, Food & Beverage oversees and manages the arena’s team and backstage catering as well as venue concession operations including premium clubs/suites, concourse bars, kiosks, stands, and hawking. This role is responsible for inventory control standards, compliance with alcohol service policies, safety, guest service, and employee training and supervision. This hands‑on leader is tasked with leading the Hospitality management team to create and deliver a best‑in‑class quick service culinary experience for fans and customers of Rogers Forum.
