Role Impact

Lead the external financial reporting function, including the analysis and preparation of quarterly financial statements, and the evaluation and implementation of new accounting standards. Lead the research and documentation of complex transactions, i.e., acquisitions, dispositions, and new accounting standards, and provide analysis to support accounting treatment.
