Oversee the quarterly MEP cash disbursement process including preparation and coordination of board materials, bank disbursements and legal entity accounting for capital transactions Lead the Equity Pick Up accounting process including review of journal entries in SAP, ensuring balances are accurate and aligned with reporting and accounting requirements Build and manage an intercompany reconciliation and settlement process Support operationalization of accounting models and ledger set-up Ensure that an adequate control environment is maintained for SLC and coordinate with SLC’s subsidiaries to support a stable control environment, including quarterly ICFR processes for the accounting close Support reporting and analytics for SLC’s financial results, including trending of financial information to gain insights into management reporting Collaborate with various SLC teams, learn new accounting requirements, provide accounting insights, and assist with issue resolutions D...
