Director, Finance

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Finance leads the organization’s financial strategy, financial management framework, and fiscal oversight. This role provides both strategic and operational leadership across finance, including financial planning and reporting, controllership, audit, and procurement. The Director plays a key role in supporting organizational decision-making by translating financial information into clear, practical insights for the CEO, Board, and leadership team. The Director also operates in a complex, multi-stakeholder public-sector environment, working closely with the City of Toronto, Toronto Community Housing, and external partners.
