Director, Eye Care Strategy & BD Innovator

Alcon seeks a Director of Corporate Strategy & Business Development to drive acquisitions, licenses, partnerships, and alliances in the ophthalmology space. You will lead analyses, develop business cases, and align initiatives with strategic goals across franchises.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in consulting or BD/L roles within pharma/medical devices, strong leadership, and fluency in English; MBA is a plus.
