Director, Enterprise Portfolio Governance

The role

We are seeking a high-performing leader to join the Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO) Governance team. The Director, Enterprise Portfolio Governance, Enterprise Delivery Office leads enterprise-wide portfolio and project governance – leading the design of enterprise delivery standards and policies while ensuring disciplined execution, transparent reporting, and adherence to critical governance frameworks.

The Director contributes to the overall success of the wider Enterprise Delivery Office and bank by ensuring that governance frameworks not only meet audit and risk expectations but actively drive better delivery outcomes, faster decision‑making, and stronger investment discipline.
