What is the opportunity? Join RBC's Enterprise Performance Management team to provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership, including the CFO, Group Executives, and Board of Directors. You'll deliver timely, insightful analysis that informs critical business decisions and supports long-term bank performance. Working across all platforms and business segments, you'll develop strong relationships with diverse stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in how we measure and optimize enterprise performance.What will you do?

Build knowledge and provide an integrated view of enterprise performance through preparation for senior management.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of strategic reports that inform executive decision-making

Synthesize enterprise performance data, strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and market intelligence into strategic briefs and deep dives for senior leadership
