Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Agentforce adoption strategy for E & U Cloud customers – from initial use case identification through deployment and value realisation
- Design and demonstrate Agentforce solutions tailored to utility business contexts: customer service automation, field workforce enablement, outage response, billing enquiries, and energy advisory
