Overview Reporting to the VP, Supply Chain, the Director, Distribution Operations will lead the strategic and day-to-day operations of the distribution network to ensure optimal efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across all regions.
What you will do
Provide direct oversight and leadership of the Calgary Distribution Centre, and operational guidance and support to regional hubs through the local operations leadership team.
Lead and manage all aspects of a cross province, multi-site, distribution center operation focused on safety, customer service, productivity and cost ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective order fulfillment and delivery.
Develop and implement short- and long-term distribution strategies to support business growth, cost optimization, and customer service excellence ensuring best-in-class service and accuracy across all distribution activities.
