Build and lead the team. Build, develop, and lead the digital team (4-6 direct reports) with clear goals, trust, and empathy. Comfortably move between strategy and execution when needed. Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders across marketing, retail, operations and production to deliver on shared goals. Mentor the Customer Experience (CX) Manager so that the frontline team feel as supported as the customers they serve. Plan and manage in-house developer capacity to deliver infrastructure improvements and theme/front-end code against a clear roadmap. Own Ecomm revenue, profit, and budget. Work alongside Sales Planning to lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across channels, lifecycles, and platforms.
