Transform CanadaHelps' technology landscape as the Director of DevOps and IT Operations. This full-time position focuses on optimizing infrastructure and enhancing operational practices remotely in the GTA.
Reporting to the CTO, this new role requires balancing operational leadership with technical expertise to bolster CanadaHelps’ service management and governance. You'll engage with Engineering and business stakeholders to improve foundational processes that support reliability, resiliency, and modernization in IT operations. Your leadership will enable excellence in delivering operational services.
