Location: Canberra, ACT
Contract: 12 months
Pay: $90 - $110 p/h including super (negotiable)
Work type: Full-time
Work arrangement: Hybrid — minimum 3 days per week in the office
Clearance: Police check required before commencement
About the Role
This is a senior development feasibility role with our State Government client, supporting land development, infrastructure and urban renewal decisions that shape future communities.
You’ll lead the financial evaluation of development projects across a complex portfolio, making sure planning and delivery choices are backed by robust modelling, clear assumptions and commercially sound advice.
