As a Director of Design, you will enable teams working on eBay’s most important initiatives to deliver high-quality, impactful experiences. While Principal, Design team members define product direction and outcomes, you as the Director of Design are accountable for how effectively teams operate—building strong talent, improving collaboration, and raising the quality and consistency of design across the organization. This role is a force multiplier, scaling impact through people, craft, and ways of working.
