Academic Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or any Engineering discipline).
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA) or Digital Transformation (preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency (TOEIC score of 750 or equivalent).

Professional Experience

• Experience leading the implementation of technology solutions aligned with strategic business goals, beyond traditional IT.
• 15+ years of experience in similar roles such as IT Director, CIO, or Senior IT Manager, preferably with multinational manufacturing companies with global operations and a commercial focus.
