To support our Data and Technology teams we are searching for a Director Data Products (f/m/d) to be based in one of our offices in Munich or Barcelona.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead the Data Engineering teams responsible for our core data workspace in Databricks on AWS.Oversee the design and maintenance of a scalable Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to ensure operational efficiency.Champion data quality and reliability by overseeing the use of dbt for transformations and automated testing.Ensure high availability of data for reporting tools (Power BI) and downstream applications.Manage the Marketing Technology team, serving as the guardian of data inputs.Continuously develop and optimize onsite tracking technologies (GA4, Snowplow) across all stores to ensure granular behavioral data collection.Supervise the tracking of cam...
