Responsibilities

  • Own and grow enterprise and strategic customer accounts
  • Lead a team of Strategic Customer Success Managers
  • Drive retention, expansion, renewals, and platform adoption
  • Serve as senior escalation point for high-stakes customer issues
  • Build account planning, health scoring, and executive review processes
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support on customer outcomes
  • Support acquisition integration and change management for strategic accounts
  • Represent Autura at industry events and partnerships

Requirements

  • 10+ years in customer success, account management, or enterprise sales
  • 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven enterprise retention and growth results
  • Strong executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
  • Experience building programs and processes
  • Comfort in multi-product or post-acquisition environments
