- Design and execute the company’s fundraising roadmap.
- Identify and build relationships with VCs, PE funds, family offices, and strategic investors
- Own investor pipeline management and outreach strategy

2. Financial Modeling & Investor Materials
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (3–5 year projections)
- Prepare pitch decks, investor memos, and board materials
- Develop valuation frameworks and funding scenarios
- Ensure data accuracy and strong financial storytelling
3. Due Diligence & Deal Management
- Manage end-to-end due diligence process
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and external advisors
- Maintain and organize investor data room
