The Director, Construction Management is accountable to the Vice President, Asset Management to ensure the set-up of estimates, budgets and project timetables are completed for the clients. Develop and manage Capital team of Project Managers, Facilities Manager, Analyst and Capital Administrator throughout project lifecycles.

How You’ll Make a Difference

• Capital Project Strategy

  Develops, communicates and oversees the implementation of the strategies and expected outputs for capital projects and maintenance of structures, facilities, and system projects to ensure efficiency and timely completion of the projects. Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods and schedules the project to meet deadlines.
