Director, Community-Led Development & Youth Impact

CorpsAfrica in Africa leads community-led development through volunteer service, focusing on youth economic inclusion and gender equality. The Director of Program Delivery provides strategic and technical oversight of the Exchange Volunteer program and supervises regional coordinators.

Reporting to Chief Program Officer, this role shapes policy, measures impact with MERL, represents the organization internationally, and advances disability inclusion and climate considerations.
