Responsibilities

• Build commercial excellence: Develop capabilities in pricing, contract management, analytics, quotation and sales support.
• Drive sales effectiveness: Define and implement structured, end-to-end sales processes and governance.
• Lead pricing & quoting: Establish value-based pricing, standardize quotation practices, and improve win rates and margins.
• Enable sales growth: Identify market potential, analyze market sentiment, support sales areas, and drive proactive sales initiatives.
• Develop business models: Co-create new service offerings and commercial models with customers and portfolio teams.
• Strengthen sales enablement: Align marketing and sales through clear value propositions, tools, and campaigns.
