The Director, Client Services is responsible for communicating the Firm’s vision and capabilities to the marketplace and engaging clients and prospects in a consultative manner to provide customized solutions for the total tax function. Responsibilities
Expand and cross‑sell within client relationships.
Coordinate sales efforts with Firm Principals and Practice Leaders. Provide support to Principals in deal negotiations, contract development, and due diligence.
Research, initiate, and develop new business relationships for the Firm by targeting qualifying prospects for all service lines. Build and maintain key relationships with significant Firm prospects. Make cold calls and maintain contact with prospects and clients through telephone, e‑mail, and mail. Meet with prospects regarding potential engagements.
