Director, Client Insights and Innovation (Asset Servicing)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Insights and Innovation to join our APAC Asset Servicing Client Coverage team. This role is located in Singapore or Hong Kong.

• Leads consultations with clients / prospects on their strategic vision and uses an in-depth understanding of the firm's solutions and value proposition to help achieve that vision. Responsible for proactive and commercially focused optimization of client relationships in order to increase or retain revenue.
• Delivers the full value of the firm by leveraging deep knowledge of the firm's product offerings and how they can best meet client needs with a solutions orientation. Ideates bundled cross-product offerings customised to the client's specific needs.
