Director of Client Delivery

The Director of Client Delivery will act as the voice of the customer, ensuring all delivery functions – Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting – align with customer success. The Director will mentor staff, foster teamwork, and facilitate strategic initiatives on behalf of clients.

Essential Functions

• Lead, grow, and manage a team of Account Managers/Directors to ensure correct processes, client focus, and communication to create exemplary client performance.
• Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, and Accounting departments to raise, consolidate, and prioritize requests until solutions are implemented.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to final implementation; coordinate project details and ensure timely completion.
