Position Purpose

The Director, Capital Delivery (Roads) is accountable for overseeing the planning and delivery of a portfolio of complex infrastructure projects using Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) models. This role ensures projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, and quality expectations while aligning with organizational priorities and public value outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a portfolio of large‑scale infrastructure initiatives from early planning through to final completion.
• Develop and implement project delivery plans to achieve schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Oversee procurement of complex, high‑value services and administer external advisory relationships.
