Director, Capacity, Access & Flow

Job Summary

Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Programs and Capacity, Access & Flow, the Director, Capacity, Access & Flow – Toronto Region will lead regional strategies that improve patient access, strengthen system capacity and support better flow across hospital and community care. This is a high‑impact leadership opportunity for a systems thinker who can translate data, partnerships and strategy into sustainable improvements for patients, providers and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of regional capacity, access and flow strategies that improve system performance and patient experience.
• Use provincial and regional data to identify trends, barriers, gaps and opportunities, and translate insights into practical action plans.
