This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced benefits leader to join a respected organization and lead the delivery of one of Canada’s premier employee benefit programs.

Reporting to the Vice President, Benefit Services, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Benefit Services department, lead a high-performing team, strengthen member relationships, and drive continuous improvement across benefit programs and service delivery.
