Overview
This role is the financial and operational owner of Preply's B2B business. You'll build the systems, metrics, and governance that enable high-velocity, compliant growth. The mandate spans Finance, Sales, Product, and Legal, with a strong bias toward automation, predictive analysis, and AI-enabled decision-making.
What you'll do
Strategic Finance & FP&A
- Partner with the VP Finance and Head of B2B to drive the growth and profitability roadmap, with deep visibility into ACV, GRR, NRR and unit economics
- Build and own the B2B forecast model - pipeline-to-revenue conversion, bookings, margin, and cash
- Lead financial storytelling for B2B performance across board discussions, investment decisions, and pricing strategy
- Move FP&A from manual to predictive: introduce AI-powered tooling, automated variance analysis, and scalable reporting infrastructure
