Position Overview
We are seeking a Director, Asset Management. This position will report directly to the President and will provide leadership and oversight for the management, performance, and growth of Strategic Group’s real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for creating and executing customized asset management strategies that maximize portfolio revenue, deploy strategies for asset operations, report on KPIs for the portfolio, ensure controls for operating budget, create portfolio wide value‑add initiatives, maximize returns, and reduce risk in multifamily residential / commercial assets portfolio.
