This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be the head of Apolix in Spain – opening doors, closing deals, and making sure our clients get world-class process intelligence work. You’ll spend most of your time in market: building relationships, running proposals, and owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract. At the same time, you’re a connector. You’ll bridge our Madrid team to leadership in Rotterdam, shape how we grow locally, and mentor the consultants around you. You believe in the work, and more importantly, in the people who get it done.
- have 4 - 6 years of experience in process mining, process intelligence, or operational transformation consulting;
- have a proven track record of hitting or exceeding a €1-2M quota in a consultancy or professional services environment – onshore delivery and real, relationship-led selling;
- know the Celonis ecosystem from the inside, as a practitioner, a partner, or both;
